Georgia Veterans Service Foundation: RFP for Fundraising Campaign

In response to this request for proposal (RFP), the Georgia Veterans Service Foundation 501(c)(3) is seeking public or non-profit organizations with experience in fundraising to submit proposals for raising funds to support veteran initiatives throughout the state of Georgia. Individuals who are not a duly formed business entity are ineligible to participate in this procurement. 

Applicants with long-standing, significant, or outstanding unresolved issues on current and/or prior year contracts with the state of Georgia may be removed from consideration for additional or future funding. 

Minimum Qualifications of Proposers: To qualify for a contract award, a proposer must have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience with providing similar services raising funds for non-profit organizations. 

Proposal Due Date and Time: All proposals must be submitted in their entirety through this site by 31 January, 2024 no later than 4:00 pm EST. Proposals received after the due date and time will be ineligible and will not be evaluated. The Foundation board will send an official emailing late respondents of ineligibility.

• Executive Summary (not to exceed 2 pages)
• Main proposal (not to exceed 10 pages)
• Fundraising timeline (through December 2024)
• Fee schedule (based on fundraising milestones)
• Attachments (clearly referenced to summary and main proposal where applicable)
• References for prior fundraising
