Returning Veterans Task Force
The Georgia Department of Veterans Service exists to advice, counsel, and assist Georgia's veterans and their families in receiving their rightful benefits offered by the State of Georgia and the United States federal government. There are, however, other agencies within Georgia state government that offer services to veterans. In some cases, these are programs available to all Georgians; in others, there are specific provisions for veterans.
The following list includes every member of the Returning Veterans Task Force, an intra-state task force through which Georgia state government agencies coordinate services to better assist service members recently discharged from active duty back into society. The RVTF was created in 2013.
