The Canton office of the Georgia Department of Veterans Service has recently moved and is ready to assist veterans in the Cherokee, Gilmer, and Pickens county area.

The office is now located at 220 Brown Industrial Parkway, Suite 150 in Canton. The building is also home to the Department of Driver Services Canton office.

Rita Barnhart remains as the office manager and can be contacted at 770-720-3538 or [email protected]. Daphne Nicholls will also remain as a veterans field service officer and can be contacted at [email protected].

Several local residents and veterans volunteer at the Canton office. They assist our field officers by checking in veterans and help to provide basic information as veterans wait for assistance with more complex benefits questions.

The Canton VFSO is open from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on state holidays.
