Enrollment Manager for OJT/Apprenticeship Programs

Does your OJT/Apprenticeship program use paper or scanned documents?

Effective July 1, 2023, The Department of Veterans Affairs will no longer accept any paper/scanned documents for veteran’s education benefits.

All approved locations must submit monthly hours normally processed on VA Form 22-6553d-1 and VA Form 22-1999 through VA Enrollment Manager.

The State Approving Agency (SAA) can no longer upload paper/scanned documents for you. Please do not send any VA Forms 22-6553d-1 or VA Form 22-1999 to the SAA. These actions must be completed in Enrollment Manger.

  • Where can I find more information for Enrollment Manager users?

    The Enrollment Manager User Guide is a great resource for quick answers. To search a specific issue, click "Control + F" on your keyboard and type in what you are searching for. You can also access specific support by clicking on topics in the Table of Contents.

  • How do I access Enrollment Manager?

    To gain access to Enrollment Manager, an School Certifying Official (SCO) must already be in WEAMS (Web Enabled Approval Management System).

    To gain access to Enrollment Manager, a Read-Only SCO must either already be in WEAMS or have recently provided VA Form 22-8794.

    No paperwork is ever needed to gain Enrollment Manager access for an Assistant School Certifying Official/Work Study. Do not send certificates to an Education Liaison Representative (ELR).
