Vivian Greentree, Ph.D. is the co-founder and principal of Quickstep Advisory, an executive strategy firm operating at the intersection of enterprise growth and community investment. She partners with leaders and boards at corporations, foundations, and business associations to build high-impact strategy, align culture, and deploy the measurement systems that turn social investment into business performance.
A Navy veteran, military spouse, and Blue Star Mom, Vivian is a co-founder of Blue Star Families, one of the nation's largest nonprofits dedicated to supporting military and veteran families. She has carried that commitment into the private sector as a nationally recognized leader in corporate social responsibility, with experience designing award-winning programs that align high performance with civic impact at two Fortune 250 fintechs - driving growth while creating measurable value for workforce initiatives and local communities.
Vivian serves as Vice Chair of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Corporate Leadership Circle and on the boards of Student Veterans of America, the Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals, and the Rotary Club of Atlanta.
Vivian holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Urban Policy from Old Dominion University, a Masters from the University of Maryland University College, and two degrees from the University of Georgia, where she serves on the Board of Visitors.
