Before founding Ranger Rags LLC, a veteran-owned company specializing in apparel design, screen printing, and embroidery, Loncher served as the Chief Operating Officer of The Wade Companies, where he led teams to achieve record growth and profitability.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Loncher's service background includes leadership roles in Armor and Ordinance. His military experience continues to influence his commitment to supporting the veteran community.

Loncher is deeply involved in initiatives that support veterans and their families. He is a key member of the leadership team at The Plummer Home for Homeless Veterans, where he works tirelessly to end veteran homelessness and restore the lives of those who have served.

Additionally, Loncher serves on the Military Academies Nomination Board for Georgia’s 2nd Congressional District, where he contributes to the selection of top candidates for our nation's military academies. As the Secretary of the Veterans Action Committee of Columbus, Loncher played an instrumental role in the successful establishment of a VA Clinic in Columbus, honoring the legacy of COL Robert S. Poydashesheff.
