She is a physician with Nurx and a medical consultant with experience in academia, medical focused film and television production, epidemiology, emergency medicine, global health policy and healthcare management.

Dr. Brown-Parks is also a member of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, Veteran Empowerment Committee; and Childspring International Medical Committee.
