Vivian Greentree, Ph.D. is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Citizenship at Fiserv and President of the Fiserv Cares Foundation.  She is a nationally recognized leader in corporate social responsibility, having built award-winning programs that aligns a culture of high performance with employee engagement and social impact, advancing Fiserv’s market leadership while driving measurable value for employees, clients, and communities. 

Under Vivian's leadership, Fiserv has received numerous recognitions and since 2021, Vivian has led Fiserv’s $50M investment into small business through grants, partnerships, and investments into community organizations and coalitions. 

Vivian's expansive leadership experience spans the public, non-profit, and private sectors. A Navy veteran and military spouse, she is passionately dedicated to creating positive, inclusive environments for citizens and corporations to thrive, firmly believing that human capital management and corporate citizens are the key for driving both commerce and a flourishing, civically engaged society.
